A Crufts winner's big moment was hijacked last night as two animal rights protesters stormed the stage live on TV.

Yvette Short's 2 year-old whippet Tease was the Best In Show winner at the dog show in Birmingham.

But the prize giving was disrupted by the man and woman holding posters which read 'Crufts: Canine Eugenics'

PETA has claimed responsibility and organisers say security procedures will be "urgently" reviewed.
