The Alliance Party offices in East Belfast have been hit by petrol bombs.
It happened at about a quarter to eleven last night night on the Upper Newtonards Road.
Alliance Party MP Naomi Long has described the petrol bombing as an "attack on democracy".
Meanwhile, a PSNI patrol was targetted by a pipe bomb attack in Strabane in Co Tyrone.
A police spokesperson says it was a deliberate attempt to kill officers.
