Picky eaters twice as likely to have depression later in life

Research is suggesting children who are fussy eaters could be twice as likely to have depression in later life.

The study of 2 - 6 year olds in America found pickiness increases levels of anxiety and could have long term effects on mental health.

But psychotherapist Lucy Beresford says it's important to distinguish between a real fussy eater and a child who's being a bit naughty:
