130 members of the Irish Army are undergoing intensive training in the Wicklow Mountains, in preparation for their next deployment overseas.
The Engineers Corps are being assessed in a range of military exercises in the Glen of Imaal.
The tasks include bridge building, explosive demolition and the clearing of landmines - along with armoured personnel carrier and helicopter manoeuvres.
