An American Airlines plane travelling from Phoenix to Boston's had to divert - after the pilot fell ill and died.
His first officer was left to bring the aircraft - which was carrying 147 passengers - safely down in New York State.
The airline says it's 'incredibly saddened' by what happened.
These people on board say it came as something of a surprise to them.
