Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorious has been found guilty of culpabale homicide.
In her ruling in court in Pretoria this morning judge Thokozile Masipa found he acted "negligently" when he fired shots through the locked bathroom door of his house in the belief there was an intruder.
She also found him guilty of firing a gun in a crowded restaurant.
Yesterday the athlete cried in court yesterday after he was cleared of murdering Reeva Steenkamp - who he's always insisted he shot by mistake.
Its not yet clear when sentencing will take place.
The maximum penalty for manslaughter - or culpable homicide - is 15 years in prison but he could also be placed under house arrest for a period.
