Oscar Pistorious has been found guilty of the Murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

An appeal judge has overturned his previous conviction of manslaughter.

The court found that he must have foreseen - when he fired four shots into the bathroom of his home - that the person behind the bathroom door might be killed.

Pistorious is currently under house arrest after spending one year of his five-year sentence in jail:

His case has been referred back to Judge Masipa at the original trial court for sentence.
