Oscar Pistorius has been cleared of murdering his girlfriend at his home last year.
But the olympic athlete could still be convicted of manslaughter
The judge is to give her final ruling in the case tomorrow.
Earlier the Judge Masipa ruled that Oscar Pistorious was "negligent" when he opened fire.
However she did find that there is no evidence to suggest he planned to kill her.
The athlete always said he mistakenly thought she was an intruder when he shot her through a locked bathroom door.
