The two men who died in the air crash in Co Wexford have been named as 69-year-old Bryan Keane and 58-year-old Paul Smith.
Both victims were experienced pilots from Co Meath - and were killed when their plane crashed near Blackstairs Commons on the Carlow-Wexford border.
The bodies remained at the scene overnight - with Gardaí and the Coast Guard leading recovery efforts.
Investigations into the cause of the crash will continue over the coming days.
