It's claimed that having plants and natural light in an office can improve workers' productivity.

Today is National Workplace Wellbeing Day which encourages both employers and employees to get involved in reducing stress levels by promoting better exercise, nutrition and surroundings in the workplace.

Michael Kelly from GIY (Grow It Yourself) says there are a number of steps company's can take to improve surroundings for their employees:
