The United Nations is warning that 20 million people are on the brink of famine in South Sudan, Nigeria, Somalia and Yemen.
The UN has issued a plea for help, describing it as the world's biggest humanitarian crisis since World War II.
Children are among the worst affected - Unicef says 1.4 million children could starve to death this year.
