Poland's last Communist leader has died after a long illness.
General Wojciech Jaruzelski was 90.
He rose to power in Poland in 1981, imposing a two year period of martial law.
But he was forced to negotiate with the pro-democracy Solidarity movement in 1989 following growing unrest.
