Police in Northern Ireland say they're treating a failed grenade attack on its officers in east Belfast last night as attempted murder.
The weapon landed at the feet of three officers but didn't detonate.
On Thursday a suspected under-car bomb was found on a street in north Belfast.
Both attacks have been blamed on dissident republicans.
