Continuing controversy over the gardaí and the Justice Minister is driving voters away from the government, according to the latest opinion poll in today's Sunday Business Post.
The survey carried out early last week shows a combined five-point drop for the goverment parties in the space of a month.
Fine Gael is down three points to 26 per cent; Labour has also dipped by two points to nine per cent.
Fianna Fáil and the Independents - who have done much to highlight issues surrounding the gardaí - have failed to gain voter support, however.
