President Michael D Higgins has launched his own Facebook page.
Called 'President of Ireland / Uachtarán na hÉireann', it will feature the latest news, photographs, videos and speeches from the president.
He's also launching an Instagram account, which will have a regular stream of photos.
Earlier this year, President Higgins launched a Twitter account.
He also uses Soundcloud for recordings of speeches - and YouTube for videos.
