The claims were made under Dail privilege but can't be reported because the matter is the subject of a High Court injunction.

Meanwhile, The Government Press Office has released a statement following calls from opposition TDs for the Dail to sit next week.
The statement confirmed that the Dail will resume business on Tuesday June 9th as scheduled.
The Chief Whip will then consult with his counter-parts in the Opposition on issues of concern, and ways for such issues to be debated in the House.
