Property price rise slowing down - CSO

The rise in property prices appears to be slowing down - according to the latest figures from the CSO.

In the year to March, property prices nationally increased by 7.8 percent, a slight fall on February's rate of 8.1 percent.

In Dublin, homes were 14 percent higher than last year, while outside the capital, prices were 3 percent higher than a year ago.
