The Public Expenditure Minister's refusing to comment on reports of a new plan to make savings in health.
It's claimed the H-S-E may slash the Capital Expenditure budget in a bid to meet savings of 666 million euro next year.
Arriving at his Department this morning, Brendan Howlin suggested the reports were just speculation:
