Russian president Vladimir Putin says he will co-operate with world leaders over the Malaysia Airlines crash in Ukraine.
He's spoken publicly after being criticised by the West for not doing enough to help security monitors get access to the site - controlled by pro-Moscow rebels.
Mr Putin says investigators must be allowed to move freely and be kept safe.
But he also had a message for his critics:.
Meanwhile - A book of condolences will open at the Dutch Embassy in Dublin this morning at 10 for the victims of the Malaysia Airlines crash.
The books will be available for signing from 10 a.m. to 1 pm and from 2 to 4 pm Monday and Tuesday.
