A train strike is underway with 155 thousand people forced to make alternative plans this morning.
Irish rail workers have downed tools over pay, with no Intercity, DART or commuter service trains running this morning.

People commuting are being advised to leave extra time for their journeys - there's some extra private bus services running but demand is expected to be high.
Train drivers are looking for a 3.75 per cent pay rise in each of the next three years but Irish Rail say that's unaffordable.
Irish Rail's Barry Kenny says they apologise for a lack of services today.
