Raising rent supports "only way" to keep people in homes

The Simon Community says raising rent supports is the ONLY way to help people stay in their homes in the short term.

But the coalition continues to rule it out, saying increasing rent supplement will lead to increase rents.

But with the housing crisis worsening, the Opposition says itÂ’s become a major issue on the doorsteps.
