A new survey has found that the further you sit from your boss, the better worker you are.
The research reveals that physical distance is the key to making sure the bad behaviour of managers doesn't spread to underlings.
It found staff that sit near the boss tend to imitate their misconduct, and copy their unfair treatment of others.
It also reveals that if you feel psychologically close to your manager, you're more likely to copy their bad behaviour.
The study concludes that distance can be useful to stop negative behaviour, as it allows people to make up their own mind.
