The French president will lead a service of remembrance for the victims of the country's worst ever terror attack on home soil this morning.

130 people died in Paris two weeks ago.

But at least one family won't be taking part, claiming France should have done more to prevent the killings.

The government is encouraging all French citizens to display the national flag from their windows.
