Gardaí say they're increasingly concerned about a missing Dublin woman who has Down Syndrome.

44 year old Karen Scott from Finglas left her home on Friday afternoon with a red suitcase.

Gardaí say they have one confirmed sighting of Karen - she was spotted on Berkeley Road in Phibsboro that evening.
