Revenue head says Apple CEO "wrong"

The head of the Revenue Commissioners says Apple CEO Tim Cook was "wrong" to claim Apple only had a 2% tax rate with Ireland.

Niall Cody has criticised the comments made at a US Senate hearing three years ago.

At that meeting Mr Cook said Apple had "negotiated" a 2% corporate tax rate.

Mr Cody says the figure makes sense in a global context, but not when only Ireland is considered:
