People heading off on their holidays in the EU from today will enjoy cheaper charges for using their mobile phone.
Making a call will cost a maximum of 19 cent a minute in the EU, and texts will cost a maximum of 6 cent, that's a drop of 25%
The biggest fall comes in the price of data downloads, which now fall to a maximum price of 20 cent per megabyte.
Roaming charges have fallen by 90% in the last 7 years.
