Rory McIlroy's multi-million euro Hugh Court action against his former management company has been deferred again - with both sides said to be "making progress".
The world's number one golfer is suing Horizon Sports Management - claiming a contract he signed with them in December of 2011 is "unconscionable".
In a counter-claim, Horizon alleges that it's entitled to a cut of McIlroy's earnings until 2017.

This second deferral came after a four hour break of proceedings in the High Court.
Senior Counsel Patrick Gallagher for McIlroy told Judge Brian Cregan that both sides were making progress after the last deferral between 11am and 2 o'clock - after they had broken to narrow some of the issues in the case.
The world's number one golfer alleges that the contract he signed on the day of Horizon's Christmas Party in December 2011 is invalid - because he was young, inexperienced and didn't have independent legal advice.
Horizon is counter-suing the 25 year old claiming it's entitled to a share of his earnings until 2017 - including a portion of this 100 million dollar deal with Nike.
The case resumes at 4 o'clock.
