The Sports Minister says he doesn't think the report into alleged ticket touting at the Rio Olympics has been undermined by key players not taking part.
The report hasn't been published - but leaked sections say a number people close to the scandal did not co-operate with the investigation.
The leaks also suggest former OCI boss Pat Hickey will be cleared of any criminal activity.
Sports Minister Shane Ross wouldn't reveal much ahead of the reports expected publication next week.
"I think you'll have to make your own judgment on that when you get the report.
"I can't really specifically answer that without really talking about the report and the details of the report.
"But I don't think the report is undermined by anything - the report is the report, and I think people should make their own judgements when they get it.
"And I hope they'll get it next week".
