The Sports Minister says he expects Pat Hickey to fully co-operate with the state inquiry into ticket touting.

The Olympic Council of Ireland President has been told he can return from Brazil after his passport was returned on medical grounds.

However the OCI today say they won't be paying his 400 thousand euro bail bond.

Minister Shane Ross said he had no plans to meet with Mr Hickey, but wouldn't reveal much else.
