A 4 year old boy who was killed by a drunk driver is the face of this year's Road Safety Authority Christmas campaign.
Ciaran Treacy was killed on April 17th 2014 when the car he was travelling in was hit by man who’d had between eight and ten pints before he got behind the wheel.
The RSA and The Gardai have teamed up to launch their Christmas and New Year anti drink driving road safety campaign.
The ad features Ciaran’s parents Gillian and Ronan Treacy, emergency services who attended the scene of the crash Gardai and doctors and nurses.
