The average salary will go up by 10 per cent this year according to a new report.

The survey by Morgan McKinley has found Irish employers are now looking to invest more in their employees in order to retain them within companies.

The 2016 salary and benefit guide says those in specialist positions can expect a rise in pay of up to 15 per cent this year.
