Scottish air accident investigators say a police helicopter which crashed into Glasgow pub suffered double engine failure.
Ten people died and more than thirty were injured when the craft crashed into the Clutha bar last November.
An interim report out today also reveals there were over seventy kilos of fuel left in the tank and the pilot didn't radio an emergency message.
