Police in the UK have arrested a second man over Friday's terror attack on the London Underground.
Thirty people were injured during Friday morning rush hour when an improvised explosive device detonated on a train at Parsons Green.
The 21-year-old man was arrested in the Hounslow area just before midnight on Saturday.

It's the second arrest in relation to the attack.
A teenager (18) was arrested on Saturday in the port area of Dover by police.
A number of items were also recovered at the port following the arrest.
Police also searched a property in Surrey into Saturday night described as directly linked to the arrest in Dover.
The UK's terror threat level was raised to critical on Friday, meaning another attack is expected imminently.
