Second hand car dealers are being warned - the consumer watchdog has begun unannounced inspections of dealerships across the country.
They're specifically targetting traders who mislead clients by selling crashed and clocked cars.
In February of this year, a Dublin car trader was sentenced to three months in jail for misleading a buyer about the mileage of a car.
