Stones have been thrown at Serbia's Prime Minister at today's memorial event for victims of the Srebrenica massacre.

Aleksandar Vucic was booed briefly on his arrival.

The Prime Minister and his delegation were later confronted by angry members of the crowd throwing stones.

The Serbian group ran for their cars as missiles rained down them.

Tens of thousands of people were at the event, marking 20 years since the worst genocide in modern European history.

8,000 Muslim men and boys died in the massacre at the hands of Bosnian Serbs.

Earlier, former US President Bill Clinton had praised Mr. Vucic for attending.
