Garda Sergeants and Inspectors say their industrial action planned for Friday will go ahead.
The AGSI say "no progress" has been made in talks about Garda pay with the Department of Justice.
From Friday morning, AGSI members will refuse to use the PULSE IT system for 24 hours.
They'll also refuse to carry out admin duties.
More talks are scheduled for tomorrow.
