Sinn Féin has confirmed a Dail bid to overturn the decision to appeal the Apple tax ruling.
It's published a countermotion which it will put to a vote when TDs gather to approve the decision on Wednesday.
The party says the government's claims of a threat to our corporate tax system don't hold water - and there's no reason to appeal.
