Sinn Fein is calling for an all-Ireland 'sex abuse initiative' after further allegations of abuse against an IRA member.
In a BBC programme last night, 40 year old Paudie McGahon claimed he was raped in the early 1990's when he was 17.
And he says he was interrogated by an IRA 'kangaroo court' in 2002.
In the Dail yesterday, Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams said the allegations of how Mr McGahon was treated were a matter of 'very very deep regret' for him.
