A number of shots have been fired at a house on Dublin's northside.

The shooting occurred shortly before 6am on St. Attracta Road in Cabra.

The shots were fired at the front of the house but no injuries have been reported.

Gardai have not yet made any arrests and the scene is sealed off pending a forensic investigation
