Gunfire's been heard in the Missouri town of Ferguson - during a demonstration marking the first anniversary of the fatal shooting of Michael Brown.

The unarmed black teenager was fired at by a white police officer, triggering widespread rioting.

There was further trouble after the officer - Darren Wilson - was told he wouldn't face criminal action.

He's since resigned from the local police force.
