A council in the UK has suggested that cows should wear high vis jackets at all times, to stop them being hit on the roads.
The local Mayor also thinks cows should hang flashing lights around their necks, after several were hit by cars on the green at Hungerford in Berkshire.
But farmers have dismissed the idea as ridiculous, saying cows would just pull off the jackets or luminous neck bands.
It was also deemed to be too costly.
Farmers are proposing better traffic calming to slow down cars in the area.
