The ESB and Vodafone are coming together to deliver high speed broadband to 50 towns around Ireland.
Together, they're launching SIRO, which will create up to 60 jobs and a further 200 in construction.
SIRO will invest 450 million euro to initially deliver high speed broadband to half a million homes around the country.
The first 10 towns are Cavan, Dundalk, Westport, Castlebar, Sligo, Carrigaline, Tralee, Navan, Letterkenny and Wexford.
