Some Lotto machines across the country experienced a technical fault this afternoon which is now resolved.

For the second time in a month, a portion of the National Lottery's retail agent network was unavailable to players between 2pm and 4pm.

In a statement the National Lottery say that this was due to a firewall server malfunction which has been resolved.

Tonight's EuroMillions Jackpot is heading for 70 million euro.
