Every branch of Starbucks in the US will close this afternoon - so staff can have racial awareness training.
It's been triggered by the wrongful arrests of two black men, at one of the coffee chain's shops in Philadelphia last month.
The company has since apologised and promised to help prevent discrimination.
A video previewing the training has been released by Starbucks, to highlight what it's hoping to achieve.
