The president of Mali has declared a 10-day state of emergency after militants took more than 130 people hostage at a luxury hotel.
He says 21 people, including two Jihadists, died in the siege in the country's capital, Bamako.
President Obama has condemned the hotel siege - saying "these were innocent people who had everything to live for."
