£100,000 in sterling currency has been seized in a Garda operation targetting money laundering.

The Garda Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau and Serious Crime Task Force found the stash during a search in Clondalkin yesterday.

Four people were arrested as part of the raid.

The two men and two women are being questioned today at separate Garda stations around the city.
