The Northern Ireland Assembly will resume this morning amid a crisis over the status of the IRA.
First Minister Peter Robinson has said it can't be 'business as usual' until it deals with the PSNI assessment that the IRA still exists and that some of its members were involved in the killing of republican Kevin McGuigan.
Talks today will also address how to break the deadlock over welfare reform in a fresh attempt to bring some stability to Stormont.
The welfare reform, which would release 2 billion pounds in spending to the Executive, has been on hold since the Spring.
