The former IMF chief Dominique Strauss Kahn has been aquitted of 'aggravating pimping'.
The 66 year old - who denied charges - has been found not guilty by a French court.
He was one of a dozen defendants including a police chief, accused of participating or organising collective sexual encounters over a three year period.
Reporter Catherine Field says the court found Dominique Strauss Kahn did not promote or profit from prostitution, so he was let off.
