The Transport Minister says a work stoppage at Aer Lingus and the DAA ahead of St Patrick's weekend is 'deliberately timed to cause maximum disruption to tourists'.
SIPTU workers plan to stop between 5 until 9 am on Friday the 14th March - one of the busiest days before St Patrick's Day.
It's thought that up to 400-thousand passengers will be affected.
Leo Varadkar says he want's to see a resolution to the issue.
