Seven judges of the Supreme Court will rule on whether or not to overturn the Children's referendum later today.
Joanna Jordan of Glenageary Road Upper, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin wants the judges to order a re-run of the referendum which was passed by a majority of 58 to 42 per cent in 2012.
It follows an earlier ruling that the information campaign which was run by the Government at the time breached the Constitution.
The decision is expected by lunchtime.
